PAMA-related Cuts to Laboratory Reimbursement Take Effect January 1, 2022
If Congress fails to act, the next round of PAMA-related cuts to laboratory reimbursement rates will go into effect on January 1, 2022. NILA has been pressing Congress to freeze these pending cuts through 2022 and to take action to repair the flawed implementation of PAMA in the long term. Your legislators need to hear from you about the urgent need to stop the forthcoming PAMA cuts. We have provided several options below to help you take action on this important issue:
