NILA Launches New Member Connect Online Community
NILA is launching a new tool to allow laboratory members to collaborate in real-time on pressing issues facing their businesses.
The new members-only, smart discussion forum allows members and workgroups to collaborate in real-time. Discussion threads can be accessed and viewed by logging in to the NILA website or reply or start a thread directly from your email. Subscribers will receive email notifications of each post or daily or weekly email digests collecting recent activity.
How it Works
Log in to the Member Connect Online Community on the NILA website to subscribe to one or more topics. Currently, NILA has set up topics for the Billing Problems Workgroup and Capitol Hill Day (September 15-16, 2025).
By default, subscribers will receive real-time notifications by email of new posts. You can change your subscription preference to receive a Daily or Weekly email digest.
Email notifications will be sent from {topic}@forum.nila-usa.org. Be sure to whitelist the domain “forum.nila-usa.org” to ensure your notifications are not captured by a spam filter.
For security, any hyperlinks and file attachments posted are automatically scanned for malicious content.
Policies
Subscribers must review and abide by the Online Community Terms of Use. NILA reserves the right to edit or remove posts for any reason, including violation of these terms.
Access to the Member Connect Online Community is limited to NILA Laboratory Members in good standing. If your laboratory's NILA membership is not current, renew for 2025 to gain access.
NILA membership includes two (2) free individual contacts who receive member benefits including access to the Member Connect Online Community.
Additional team members can join as Executive Officer members for $275 annually to gain access to the Online Community as well as member benefits including workgroups, events, members-only Zoom meetings, proprietary communications and analysis, and much more.
