ACLA's Appeal Upheld

We just learned that ACLA's appeal of the Washington D.C. District Court's decision that it could not rule on CMS's method for collecting private payor data under PAMA has been upheld.

The U.S. Court of Appeals instructed the D.C. District Court that it could rule on the CMS's data collection method, and remanded the case back to the D.C. District Court for reconsideration.
