CMS Requests Feedback from Labs as Part of Physician Fee Schedule Rule

On July 13, 2017, CMS released the proposed Physician Fee Schedule (PFS) Rule for 2018, which will be published in the July 21, 2017, Federal Register. The entire PFS Rule (254 pages) includes 2 pages (34089-34090) requesting feedback from "applicable" labs that submitted private payer data as required by the laboratory regulations in PAMA.
